24/7 Support Packages

Our subscription-based Concierge Support service is designed to ensure your system has the long-term support it needs. Depending on your requirements, we offer 3 levels of support with services including annual upgrades, unlimited 24/7 remote support and proactive monitoring.

One-off Support

If you would like to book one-off support, without signing up to the benefits of Concierge Support, you can schedule a one-off remote call or on-site visit with our team to assess and solve your issue. Bookings can be made using our online portal or by calling 0333 305 5305.

Troubleshooting & User Guides

With complex systems in place, speaking with an expert is generally advised, however there maybe some simple troubleshooting exercises you can attempt to resolve the issue. Visit our Control4 Users portal for troubleshooting advice, current user guides and how to videos.

Like all technology, smart homes can go wrong from time to time. While we can’t promise this won’t happen, with our Concierge Support Service we can help minimise the risk and be there for you when it does.

Benefits include yearly maintenance visits, unlimited remote Control4 support (available 24/7, 365 days a year), proactive monitoring, regular software updates and discounted call-out fees if needed.
