Designed based on client feedback, this additional cover is suitable for all new installations supported by one of our Concierge Support packages. Should you experience an issue with your system, we will guarantee like-for-like replacement on equipment installed by us, including select call-out charges for up to 5 years after installation.*

In addition to the remote support provided as part of your Concierge Support package, any call-out required to resolve a manufacturing or system failure, including the replacement of any of the aforementioned equipment, will be covered as part of your package. This service is normally billed at a discounted rate of £100 per hour.
